Country, language and currency

Country, language and currency: we use your chosen market or approximate IP-based country to personalise storefront selections. When local country lookup is unavailable, your browser contacts Country.is, which receives your IP address. We do not request precise device location. Your market choice is kept in the session cookie hc_market; the currency plugin also uses psmmc_currency for up to one day. You can change these choices using the country, language and currency selectors. Public exchange rates are obtained from ExchangeRate-API without sending customer details. Local-currency prices are estimates; checkout and payment are in USD, and your bank or payment provider may apply its own conversion rate and fees.

This policy explains how Highcrest uses personal information when you browse highcreast.com, place an order, use an account or contact us. It also explains how to ask questions about your information and manage cookie choices.

1. Who we are and how to contact us

Highcrest operates this store from 89, Laxmidham Soc., Katargam, Surat, Gujarat, India — 395004. For privacy questions, requests or grievances, email support@highcreast.com. General enquiries can be sent to info@highcreast.com.

This policy relates to Highcrest’s store operations. A payment provider or another independent service may also process information under its own privacy notice when you use that service.

2. Information you provide

The information used depends on how you interact with us. It may include:

If you order for another recipient, we may use the recipient details you supply to deliver the order. Provide accurate details and make sure you are authorised to share them. Avoid adding unnecessary sensitive information to delivery instructions or support messages.

3. Information from website use

The website and its service providers may process IP addresses, browser and device information, technical logs and information about interactions with the store. Cookies and similar technologies can support cart sessions, login, security and preferences such as currency.

Where analytics or other optional features are enabled, those services may also process usage information, subject to applicable consent requirements. The information involved depends on the features operating at the time and your privacy choices. See the cookie section below for how to manage those choices.

4. Why we use information

We use information for the following store-related purposes:

Where a legal basis is required, processing may rely on fulfilling an order or taking steps requested before purchase, meeting legal obligations, consent, or a legitimate interest in operating and securing the store, as applicable. We do not rely on a website visit as blanket consent for every optional use.

5. Payments and payment safety

Supported payment services include Razorpay where available. Payment details entered through a provider’s payment interface are handled under that provider’s arrangements and privacy notice. Highcrest may receive transaction information needed to identify the payment, confirm its status and administer a refund.

Please do not send full card details, card security codes, payment passwords, PINs or one-time authentication codes to us by email. If you need help with a payment, provide your order number and the transaction reference where available.

6. Service providers and sharing

The store uses WordPress and WooCommerce, Hostinger hosting, Printify and its production or delivery partners, and supported payment services including Razorpay. Relevant information is shared as needed to operate the website, produce and deliver orders, process payments or provide support.

For example, a fulfilment or delivery partner needs the relevant items and recipient information, while a payment provider needs information required to process and verify a transaction. Website services such as Jetpack may process technical or usage information when their relevant features are enabled.

We may also disclose information where required by law or reasonably necessary to address fraud, a legal claim or another lawful request. Different providers may have independent legal responsibilities for the information they process. You can review the relevant provider notices, including Razorpay’s privacy policy, Automattic’s privacy policy and Jetpack’s privacy information.

7. Cookies and your choices

Functional technologies support features such as shopping-cart sessions, login, security and remembered preferences. Optional statistics or marketing technologies, where enabled, have different purposes and are subject to applicable consent requirements.

When a consent banner is presented, you can accept, deny optional technologies or review preferences. After making a choice, the banner closes. You can review and change your choices later through the Cookie preferences page, which remains accessible from this policy.

You can also use your browser settings to block or delete cookies. Blocking necessary cookies may affect the cart, account login or checkout. Deleting cookies, using another browser or device, or clearing browser storage can cause the website to ask for your choices again. Withdrawing consent affects future processing based on that consent and does not automatically erase records that must be retained for another lawful purpose.

8. Communications and marketing

Order confirmations, delivery updates and replies to support requests are communications associated with your purchase or enquiry. If optional marketing communications are offered, applicable consent and unsubscribe rules apply. You can contact us about your communication preferences. Choosing not to receive marketing does not prevent messages needed to administer an existing order or respond to a request.

9. International processing

Highcrest’s business is in India. Hosting, payment, production and delivery services may process information in other countries, including where an order is produced or delivered. Privacy laws can differ between countries.

We use information for the purposes described in this policy and apply the safeguards required by applicable law. Contact us if you need more information about the services involved in a particular order or privacy request.

10. Retention

Information is retained for as long as needed for its purpose, including order fulfilment, account administration, customer support, dispute resolution and applicable legal or accounting obligations. The appropriate period depends on the type of record, why it is needed and any mandatory retention requirements.

An account-deletion or consent-withdrawal request may not require us to delete invoices, transaction records or other information that must be kept for a separate lawful purpose. Service providers may have their own retention requirements for information processed under their independent responsibilities.

11. Security and your account

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information, but no online service or transmission method can guarantee absolute security. Keep your account credentials confidential, use an appropriate password and tell us promptly if you suspect misuse of your account or order details.

When contacting us, share only the information needed for the request. If we need further information to verify identity, we will explain what is reasonably required rather than asking you to send payment passwords or security codes.

12. Your privacy requests

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access or obtain a copy of information, correct inaccurate information, request deletion, object to or restrict certain processing, or withdraw consent where processing relies on it. The availability and scope of a right depend on the law and circumstances.

Send a request to support@highcreast.com, explaining what you want us to review. Include the email address associated with your account or order and a relevant order number if available. We may need proportionate information to verify that you are entitled to the requested action and to protect another person’s information.

We will consider the request in accordance with applicable requirements and explain any lawful limitation, such as a record-keeping obligation. You may also raise a concern with the relevant privacy authority. Contacting us does not restrict your right to use that process.

13. Third-party links

Links to payment, tracking or other external services may lead to websites operated independently of Highcrest. Review their privacy notices before supplying information there. This policy explains our store practices and does not replace another provider’s notice.

14. Changes and privacy concerns

We may update this policy as our practices or services change and will update the date shown above. If a change requires notice or consent under applicable law, the relevant requirement applies. For a privacy question or grievance, contact Highcrest at the address in section 1 or email support@highcreast.com.

15. Private creative automation

Highcrest is developing a private creative workflow operated by its account owner, using locally hosted n8n. It is not offered to store customers or other users. Subject to Pinterest’s approval, the owner will select board content for import into their Canva account for manual editing. Finished designs will be exported to the owner’s PC, enlarged locally using Upscayl, and uploaded to the owner’s Dropbox account. This involves storing image files and processing the board, Pin, asset, design and job identifiers needed to run the workflow and avoid duplicate work.

The workflow uses account authorization provided through each service. n8n stores its provider credentials encrypted on the owner’s PC. Image exports, enlarged images and job records are also stored locally. Canva and Dropbox receive the files uploaded to their respective accounts and handle them under their own terms and privacy policies. This workflow does not train or improve machine-learning models, publish Pins, sell Pinterest data or give other people access to its credentials.

Highcrest will use Pinterest data only for an approved purpose. Deletion requests, revoked access and applicable provider deletion requirements will be handled by the account owner, including removing relevant local and cloud copies. Privacy questions and requests may be sent to support@highcreast.com.
