This policy explains how orders placed at highcreast.com are produced, dispatched and delivered. Please read it together with our Returns, Refunds & Cancellations policy and Terms & Conditions.
1. Where we deliver
Highcrest accepts orders for addresses in the United States, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Singapore and South Africa, subject to the shipping services available for the selected product and address. Availability can vary by country, region, production partner and product. A region appearing here does not mean every address in that region is serviceable.
Enter your complete delivery address at checkout to see the available methods and charges. If no shipping method appears, contact support@highcreast.com before paying. Delivery to a PO box, remote location or address with special access requirements depends on the carrier and service offered.
2. Made-to-order production
Our products are made to order through Printify and its production partners. Order preparation and production take place before a parcel is handed to a carrier. Production time is separate from shipping transit time.
The time needed can vary with the garment, selected size and colour, production location, stock availability, quality checks and demand. A quality issue may require an item to be produced again before dispatch. Busy periods and public holidays can also affect preparation. Where an estimate is displayed, check whether it covers production, shipping or both.
3. Shipping charges and delivery estimates
Available shipping charges are displayed at checkout before payment. Charges depend on the items, quantity, fulfilment location, destination and available service. Review the final order total and delivery details before completing your purchase.
Delivery estimates are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates. Weekends, public holidays, customs checks, remote-area delivery, weather and carrier disruption may affect arrival. A faster shipping method, if offered, does not necessarily shorten production time unless the service expressly says that it includes production.
If you need an item for a particular date, contact us before ordering. Please do not rely on an estimated delivery date as a guaranteed commitment for an event or gift.
4. Dispatch, tracking and separate parcels
We provide tracking information when available after dispatch. A tracking number may be created before the carrier receives the parcel, so the first scan can take time to appear. Subsequent tracking updates depend on the carrier; an international parcel may move between carriers or local delivery partners.
Items produced at different facilities may be dispatched separately and arrive on different dates. Each parcel may have its own tracking reference. Receiving one parcel does not necessarily mean that the whole order has been delivered. Check your order and tracking information, then contact us if an item is missing or its status is unclear.
5. Delivery information and address changes
Please provide the recipient’s name, full street address, apartment or unit number where relevant, city, region, postal code, country and accurate contact details. Check these before payment and review them again in your order confirmation.
If a correction is needed, email us immediately with your order number and the correct details. We will check whether the order can still be changed. Sending a request does not mean the change has been completed. Once production or dispatch has begun, changes may no longer be operationally possible. We will explain any available options and costs before you agree to an additional charge.
6. Customs, import duties and local taxes
International shipments may be subject to import duties, local taxes or carrier clearance charges under the destination’s rules. Unless expressly included in the checkout amount, these charges are separate from the product price and shipping charge and may be collected from the recipient by the authority or carrier.
Customs may require additional information from the recipient before releasing a parcel. Check any genuine carrier or customs notice promptly. Contact us if you need order information to help resolve a clearance query. Customs processing can affect delivery estimates.
7. Delayed, lost or marked-delivered parcels
If delivery is delayed, email us with your order number, tracking reference and a brief description of the issue. For a parcel marked delivered that you cannot locate, check the delivery address, any carrier delivery photograph or notice, and safe places or reception areas where a parcel may have been left. Contact us promptly if it is still missing.
We will investigate with our fulfilment partner or carrier and explain the appropriate resolution based on the circumstances and your applicable rights. A tracking entry alone does not prevent you from raising a delivery problem with us.
8. Failed delivery and returned-to-sender parcels
A parcel may be undeliverable because of an incomplete address, an access problem, missed collection or a customs issue. If you receive a delivery or collection notice, follow the carrier’s instructions or contact us for help. Tell us promptly if tracking shows a failed delivery or return to sender.
We will check what happened and explain whether redelivery, replacement or another resolution is available. Any proposed additional cost will be explained before you agree to it. The outcome depends on the reason for the delivery problem and applicable consumer law; an undelivered parcel does not automatically remove your rights.
9. Damaged, incorrect or incomplete orders
If an item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us with your order number and clear photographs of the item and issue. A photograph of the parcel or label can also help if the packaging or shipment is affected. Please report issues within 30 calendar days of delivery where possible so we can investigate with our fulfilment partner. This request does not shorten any statutory claim period.
Our Returns, Refunds & Cancellations policy explains the claim process and available remedies. Do not send an item to a production facility or our business address without return instructions.
10. Customer rights and contact
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits mandatory consumer rights. Where applicable law requires a different remedy or treatment, those protections take precedence.
